Increase our facility capacity so that we are less restricted to increase membership, provide desirable practice times, and host camps, clinics, and events
Increase Revenue
Optimize and expand the use of the facility so that operations are more efficient and we open up another revenue stream.
Coach Recruitment & Retention
Ensure that the club has enough coaches to meet the demand of athlete registration and SKY programming on a sustainable basis.
Coach Development
All SKY coaches have access to training that suits their level of involvement and development need, resulting in higher calibre training and athletes.
Athlete Development
Improve on existing programming so that athletes at all levels have access to volleyball training, and play time, conducive to their calibre and commitment of playing.
Communication
Increase membership engagement in the operations of the club through improved communication and transparency.
