Are you organized, energetic, and passionate about youth sports? SKY Volleyball Club is on the lookout for a Club Coordinator to help keep one of BC’s largest volleyball clubs running smoothly!
SKY Volleyball is a not-for-profit organization serving athletes aged 12-18 in the North Okanagan region. Supporting 350+ athletes and 50+ amazing coaches.
We have invested substantially in our teams and athletes through skill development, coaching development and opportunities to compete with the best in the province.
SKY understands that success is built on relationships with athletes, parents and coaches and we are committed to maintaining these relationships and creating a positive and inspiring atmosphere for all our SKY Nation members.
What You’ll Do:
The Club Coordinator is the key point of contact between the club and our members and is the club’s internal support engine to ensure we execute on task, efficiently, and organized. This role keeps our members informed while ensuring key operational tasks are on track.
- Be the key contact for members and parents
- Manage TeamSnap registrations (club teams, camps, Smashball)
- Support payments, team rosters, and seasonal scheduling
- Keep things running—banking, invoices, email coordination, and more
- Help organize evaluations, tournaments, uniforms, SKY Store orders, and special events
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Are:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A great communicator and multitasker
- Comfortable with admin tools like TeamSnap and email.
- Passionate about volleyball and youth sports
